Dr. Kaveh Panahi

I am Dr. Kaveh Panahi, a board-certified podiatrist with a passion for helping patients achieve better foot health and recover from complex wounds. With over a decade of experience serving the Greater Phoenix area, I have dedicated my practice to mastering both advanced wound care techniques as we as foot and ankle surgery. My goal is to provide comprehensive care that not only heals wounds and ulcers but also prevents future complications.

 

I earned my medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia and completed an extensive residency in foot and ankle surgery at Hoboken University Medical Center in New Jersey. In addition to my surgical expertise, I specialize in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, pressure sores, and other chronic wounds that are difficult to heal.

 

As the founder of Southwest Foot and Leg Wound Specialists and Acacia Foot and Ankle Surgeons, I focus on delivering compassionate, personalized care to each patient. Using the latest wound care techniques—including bioengineered skin substitutes, negative pressure wound therapy, and comprehensive infection management—I strive to offer the most effective treatments available. I am also proud to be a member of MIFAS by GRECMIP, an international organization for minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery.

 

My approach to care is patient-centered, where education and prevention are just as important as treatment. I work closely with my patients to develop tailored plans that not only heal wounds but also protect against future issues. Helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life is my greatest motivation.
